Alabama Stepdown Nurse (RN) - Travel Contracts

Contact your recruiter for complete details.* * *Premium Overtime - You will receive 2x your hourly rate on *_*travel assignments*_ *for all overtime hours worked (excluding local, PRN, CA, Govt assignments). * * *Weekly Pay - We pay you weekly so you can focus on your career and your life.**Description/Requirements**Alabama Stepdown RN Travel Opportunity*Stepdown Nurses (RN) provide patient care in transitional units where patients are too sick for the med-surg floor but not sick enough for intensive care. Stepdown RNs job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Evaluate and monitor patient's progress, identifying sudden or subtle changes in the patient's medical condition * Calculate drug dosage, titrate medication doses, administer continuous medication infusion and monitor patients for effects of medication * Stepdown RNs work closely and collaborate with physicians and all other healthcare professionals * Schedule: Every other weekend with the possibility of floating to similar units on same campus * ACLS/BLS required * Cerner experience required * *Requires 2 years RN experience with recent experience in the specialty you are applying for.**Why Gifted Healthcare?* At Gifted Healthcare, we believe that one person can make a difference in patient care.
