You will be responsible for cultivating a strong service culture, fostering team member growth, and delivering exceptional hospitality that sets Signia apart. This includes maintaining strong relationships with ownership, team members, and key stakeholders while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your role will encompass financial oversight, ensuring the property meets performance goals while maintaining cost efficiency. You will also champion innovative strategies to optimize revenue, enhance service standards, and elevate the overall guest experience. As General Manager, your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay, solidifying our position as a premier destination in downtown Atlanta. What are we looking for? Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager managing a full-service property with revenue of $50M+ and 500+ rooms. Strong operational background with a proven track record of driving top-line revenue growth and capturing market share. Highly effective in enhancing brand positioning and competitive performance. Experience managing large-scale convention or conference operations. Proven experience and passion building engaging service cultures, mentoring and developing high performing teams. Strong background in Food & Beverage operations, including activations and amenities. Strong commercial acumen with a solid background in financial management and revenue optimization. Excellent communication skills, public speaking, written and oral, with the ability to customize the message to the audience (guest, team member, owner, and other stakeholders). Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing luxury hotel properties. Experience working with municipality-owned properties/partnerships. Hilton brand experience.
