Senior Consultant - Axiom Consultant - Regulatory Reporting - Financial Services Work Location: Atlanta, GA, Basking Ridge, NJ, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, New York, NY, Palo Alto, CA, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA Company: ITL USA Requisition ID: 130106BR Salary: $93,500 - $118,500 About the Role: As a Senior Consultant , you will work on strategic programs dealing with complex, industry-specific requirements, while further deepening knowledge in your respective area of specialization. You will independently deliver high-quality solutions and actively build key client relationships. You will also guide and mentor junior team members. Consulting Delivery Responsibilities: 4+ years of experience in regulatory report generation, maintenance, data sourcing, data transformation, report data element analysis, data tracing, schedule preparation, business rule development, report testing, requirement gathering, and gap analysis in the financial services industry. Strong working knowledge in AxiomSL ControllerView v10. Develop Axiom components and objects using data source, data models, portfolios, shorthand's, aggregations, reports, and workflows. Experience in migration of Axiom reports from v9 or older to v10. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for changes, template updates, and business logic. Provide estimates on work assigned and ensure deadlines are met. Experience on change initiatives related to key regulations (e.g., CCAR, BCBS 239, CCPA, MIFID, CECL, NFRR, Dodd Frank, EMIR, GDPR, KYC, Client Onboarding). Understand key regulatory directives issued by U.S. financial oversight bodies. Define workflow management and enterprise-wide reporting requirements for regulatory reports. Conduct interviews/workshops with subject matter experts and process owners to document requirements. Advise clients based on industry best practices and past experiences. Engage with Regulators and Internal Audit regarding report generation and testing. Maintain and update metadata in the enterprise data catalog. Practice Development Responsibilities: Provide insights on new and emerging technologies and contribute to building the Axiom center of excellence. Support thought leadership activities and develop innovative assets. Contribute to practice growth through recruitment and training. Build proprietary Axiom components to expedite delivery. What Makes You the Right Candidate: Minimum of 7 years' experience in the Financial Services industry. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. At least 5 years of working Axiom Experience in versions v9 and v10. Excellent presentation skills and ability to build client relationships. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Ability to facilitate discussions and develop structured solutions. Willingness to travel up to 80% depending on client requirements. Even Better If You Have: MBA or equivalent advanced degree, Industry recognized certifications like CFA, FRM. Domain knowledge of banking products. Experience with large change/migration programs. Experience with industry-standard products like Collibra, JIRA, DevOps. Knowledge of data analysis using SQL. Experience with visualization tools (like Tableau). Experience in executing programs using Agile methodologies. Worked in a cross-cultural team.
