This is a unique opportunity to support a multifunctional team, have a direct impact on Day 1, and transform the daily habits of 350 million people for a more sustainable solution.Specifically, you will be closely collaborating with TUSHY's Brand, Growth, and Design team and sitting within both the Brand and Growth teams. You are expected to be an effective bridge and excellent communicator-taking data-driven creative insights into actionable steps for various partners. If you love working with the data-obsessed and the uber-creative while delivering creative ideas weekly, this role is for you.This poo-sition is currently hybrid with expectation to be present 3 days a week in our Dumbo, Brooklyn (NY) office to drive collaborative and effective results.Your Doody Lead omnichannel performance creative strategy: develop data-based insights; content test & learn strategy and execution across Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and others; content brainstorms and briefing internal and external partners; manage and provide strategic guidance to agency partners; and collaborate with internal Design team. Responsible for omnichannel performance creative reporting: weekly tracking, maintaining scorecard, developing data-driven content insights and iterations, then reporting to stakeholders. We need you to be comfortable with numbers and explaining data to designers. Support CRO (conversion rate optimization) program across consumer journey: develop landing page strategy and implement in Paid Media; optimize keyword strategy across omnichannel product pages; and own omnichannel eContent strategy, briefing, and A/B testing across all retailers. Manage timelines, budget, and production partners for commercial campaign development: i.e. creation of new longform video assets; new product launch photography/videography; brand campaign photography/videography; and in-market A/B testing superiority communication. Strategize, analyze and execute across a range of initiatives that will strengthen TUSHY's brand and expand it into multiple new channels. Qualifications "Hard" Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field 2+ years of brand management or performance marketing experience with a focus on direct to consumer brands and messaging "Soft" Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to think strategically and act tactically with high attention to detail Insatiably curious and demonstrated ability/track record of growing a creative program Obsessed with media trends and staying ahead of the curve creatively Excited by taking risks creatively to move the needle educating folks Process-oriented but flexible to shifting priorities and opportunities Other Nice-to-Have Skills Ability to make poop puns with the best of 'em and a passion for bidets! At TUSHY, we believe in leveraging our hiring process as a way to support transparency. The annual base salary for this poo-sition is $80,000 - $90,000. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.This annual base salary is one component of TUSHY's total compensation package.
