Job Title:Production Coordinator - Treyarch (Los Angeles)Requisition ID:R024934Job Description:Treyarch is looking for a talented new Production Coordinator to join our team!As a Production Coordinator (PC), you will work in a variety of capacities; from driving feature or content development, to running playtests, to chasing down critical fixes hampering development, Production Coordinators are in the middle of it all.A qualified PC is organized, professional, personable, courteous, hard-working, an effective communicator and loves working with a variety of people from all different disciplines.This role is a hybrid work position, and the home studio for this role is Los Angeles, CA.A normal day at Treyarch could include:Driving feature/content developmentInterfacing with developers from all disciplinesProviding support to Producers and Associate ProducersWorking independently to solve problems and accomplish tasksProactively seeking opportunities to aid the success of the teamContributing to maintaining and improving production processes, pipelines and documentationManaging Playtests and all Playtest documentationTaking and publishing meeting notesUpdating wiki pages and bug/task databasesWho you are:Adaptive Planner and Problem Solver:Strong time management skillsWorks well in a fast-paced and pressure packed environmentIndependent workerAbility to multi-task and prioritize competing tasksStrong problem solving and troubleshooting abilitiesTeam Player and Collaborator:Punctual and responsibleWorks well in a fast-paced and pressure packed environmentStrong motivation to learn game production practices and techniquesWorks well with people, process and problemsConstantly looking for ways to support the teamMaintains a "can-do" attitude when working with the teamUnderstands the relationship of Production and other departmentsCommunicator and Ambassador:Enthusiastic about productionProfessional, respectful and approachableGood verbal and written communication skillsExhibits self-awareness and emotional maturityGenuine, positive and upbeat personalityActive listener who is eager to learn the languages of game developmentAsks appropriate questionsMinimum Requirements1+ years' experience working in the Video Game industry, ideally in QA or ProductionStrong technical skillset and ability to adapt to complex softwareHave a good understanding of how games get madeDemonstrated ownership of production-type tasks to completionPassion for games and familiarity with the Call of Duty franchiseWe love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the games industry.
