Delta Air Lines is looking for a Project Manager - FOP BI&PA, to support the execution of the predictive analytics roadmap, contribute towards the Crew AI/ML solution architecture (models, designs, specs), and support the development of the Crew AI/ML technical roadmap. This Project Manager must have strong communication and collaboration skills, project leadership experience andthe ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.This position will be based in the Atlanta General Offices and report to the Manager - Business Architect. Furthermore, this role will be expected to work closely with Flight Operations, Crew Resources, Operations Decision Science, IT and AI/ML workstreams across the organization. ResponsibilitiesSupport Development of Business Processes and Technical Architecture: Ensuring products /solutions satisfying business requirementsConduct Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.Contribute to Solution Design: Create detailed architectural diagrams and technical documentation to guide development.Resolving Technical Impediments: Engages in technical problem-solving to help product teams develop solutions; identifies and prevents unwanted technical debt and dependencies.Drive project progress: Support overall team success in achieving goals by developing and maintaining project plans.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage closely with Crew Resources planning, operational, and IT teams to ensure roadmap delivery and future state achievement.Collaboration: Work closely with the AI/ML Product Strategy team, Manager of Business Transformation and UX, and other relevant teams.Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with Flight Operations, Crew Resources, ODS, IT, and AI/ML workstreams across the organization.Create and Deliver Presentations: For all ranges of departmental and corporate leadership, including Executive level presentations.Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep ClimbingOur culture is rooted in a shared dedication to living our values - Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork - every day, in everything we do.
