Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of progressive pastry department/kitchen management experience in well-rated, industry leading kitchens Influential, team-oriented leadership style with passion for training and development of others Attention to details of food quality, preparation and presentation Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands A solid understanding of all aspects of a Pastry Department operation (ordering, scheduling, production, plating, etc.) Strong written and oral communication, and computer skills The Occidental is an equal opportunity employer.
