Candidates should be thorough, efficient, creative, and above all, passionate about providing excellent client service.If this sounds like you, we want to know.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibility to:Contribute to the overall project strategy and play an integral role in executing the strategy.Organize multiple team members.Engage and coordinate the expertise from each member of our design build team.Function as client liaison to ensure client expectations and goals are properly identified and met.Function as the main communication link with all project resources both internal and external.Function as lead communicator to ensure all required meetings are scheduled and the appropriate team members are invited and in attendance in accordance with processes and procedures.Hold weekly client meetings with the Project Architect/Captain during design development.Attends:Client sales meetings and presentations.Internal strategy meetings to develop creative strategies and schedules to meet clients' needs.Schedules:Internal project review meetings.Client meetings.Consultant meetings.Collaborates with:Client to establish project scope.Design team to define project scope.Design build subcontractors and vendors to generate project scope.Estimators for project supportConstruction team to establish construction schedules and logistics.PreparesProject proposalsMeeting minutesAction item reportsEstimates (conceptual budgets, control estimates, and GMP's)Project scope summariesProject schedulesContracts for client reviewEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar technical degree.Familiar with building systems technologyWillingness to learn and grow with Dacon CorporationA strategic thinker with high organizational skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and OutlookMust be detail orientedExcellent communication skillsWell organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Proficient at proposal writing and organizing and leading meetingsExperience estimating and preparing conceptual budgetsWorking knowledge of BluebeamHigh drive to succeed coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsActive team member with a high energy level and optimismMorals and ethics are universal in all aspects of life, both personal and professional. Noise levels may fluctuate.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to inspect the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.POSITION TYPE:This is a full-time salary exempt position.
