Senior Frontend React.js Developer (Hybrid) Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Engineer with experience in Sr. React.JS Developer w/Java , and building hard-working, scalable, enterprise applications. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS and JavaScript. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain groundbreaking. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Document software designs and code for future reference and maintenance. Deploy code into cloud servers and work on production issues as they arise. Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using React JS and JavaScript. Familiarity with UI design architecture. Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS. Experience in ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications. Strong knowledge of React.js is a must for this position. Salary and Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 - $131,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
