Logistics Agent (Driver)Department: Supply Chain Employment Type: Full Time Location: Columbus-Boltonfield, OH Reporting To: Logistics Manager Compensation: $16.00 / hour Description As a Logistics Agent you are a key player in ensuring the smooth transportation operations of our cultivation and manufacturing facility. This role is perfect for those who thrive on the road and are meticulous about delivering on time, accurately, and safely. On the daily Ensure on-time deliveries and promptly communicate any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary. Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently. Verify items and quantities for each delivery to ensure accuracy. Assist with order fulfillment or other tasks when deliveries are not required. Maintain a working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and perform routine tasks such as tire changes and fluid checks. Build and maintain positive relationships with dispensary customers. Collaborate with the order fulfillment and sales teams to address delivery-related issues. Demonstrate excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills. Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Expected to work all scheduled work days, during scheduled hours and report to work on time. You're a great fit if Proven working experience as a Driver, with at least 2 years' experience in commercial delivery. Must have a valid driver's license along with a clean driving record (no violations) record. Must have complete open availability as this position often requires last-minute long-distance trips. Pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record review prior to beginning employment. High school diploma or equivalent. Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. At least 21 years of age.
