This PT will be treating Independent Living residents primarily (some with Memory Care needs) * Mix of Outpatient and Inpatient setting * 82 bed SNF/ and IL facilities * Use RestoreSkills EMR. * Specialized training - chronic pain, vestibular, pelvic health, and ACTS exercise based trainings.*About the Facility * * This facility is a long-standing, reputable non-profit organization with very nice CCRC communities. * This location has a beautiful, newer, state of the art large gym and nice fitness center. * DOFR (Dir of Fitness & Rehab) has been there for 6 years. They have a good-sized, cohesive team.
