Uniform Assistant

We are hiring for a Uniform Assistant for Maxime's! Maxime's is NYC's newest private member's club from entrepreneur Robin Birley; owner of prestigious private member's clubs 5 Hertford Street and Oswald's in London. Opening in early 2025, Maxime's mission is to provide exceptional and discreet service for our members through unparalleled hospitality. Our members will feel as though they are in a private home, enjoying outstanding food and wine surrounded by stunning decor. Maxime's is seeking a Uniform Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Uniform Manager, the Uniform Assistant will assist in the maintenance and management of the teams uniforms. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting and on occasion managing the uniform room Processing staff uniforms and loading uniforms onto the automated system  Checking everyone has uniform ready in time for their shifts Quality control staff uniforms  Carrying out standard uniform repairs and amendments Assisting uniform manager with fittings Liaising with suppliers Labelling uniforms Candidates can expect: Professional work collaboration with experts in the food and hospitality field Opportunity to work with a exceptional products and in unique environments To be part of a growing team and regularly engage together in cross- company dialogue and exchange COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2+ years working as a barista in a fine dining restaurant or hotel environment in a similar capacity.  Proficiency in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, POS platforms, reservation management platforms, and various business analysis programs. Current NYC Food Protection Certificate. Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
