Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty:Case Management Discipline:LPN / LVN Duration:13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift:12 hours, days Employment Type:Local Contract Our client is one of the largest non-profit OPWDD organizations in New York, specializing in care for IDD adult patients diagnosed with varying degrees of Cerebral Palsy.
