Ideal Candidate Requirements: 1+ years of shipping/receiving or logistic experience (pallet/manufacturing preferred) Familiarity with COLT and/or Blue Yonder a plus Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly Strong organizational and communication skills Availability for overtime/weekend shifts as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Key Responsibilities: Process shipping/receiving documents and reconcile against work orders Maintain shipment data in COLT (or similar TMS/WMS) and optimize inventory levels in Blue Yonder Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound freight with carriers and drivers Communicate proactively with truck drivers, vendors, and internal teams Keep organized digital records of all shipping and receiving activities Follow all safety procedures and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards Join us and be part of a team that values hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
