Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining efficient office operations? Our confidential client is seeking a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to join their growing financial planning firm. This role is vital to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our team, and delivering exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all office operations, ensuring a well-organized, productive work environment.Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for senior staff and clients.Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communication, including vendors and service providers.Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.Support the HR team with administrative duties related to employee onboarding and training.Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to process improvementsProven experience in office management, administration, or coordination (financial services experience is a plus).Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with Trello and Calendly is a plus)Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in financial planning or related field is preferred but not required.Competitive salary based on experience.Full-time, 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.Opportunity to work with a professional, collaborative team in a dynamic industry.Benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
