Shell Project Manager- Hi-Rise Apartments

We are seeking an experienced Shell Project Manager to oversee high-rise apartment projects in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record working with a shell contractor, managing large-scale concrete and structural packages from start to finish. Client Details Our client is a well-established shell contractor specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects across South Florida. Description Oversee the full-cycle execution of shell construction on high-rise apartment projects. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with developers, general contractors, engineers, and city officials to meet project specifications and compliance requirements. Lead site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve any technical and operational challenges that arise during construction. Track project progress and report key performance indicators to stakeholders. Profile 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager for a shell contractor on high-rise apartment projects. Strong understanding of concrete, rebar, formwork, post-tensioning, and structural sequencing. Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure construction environment. Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in construction scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
