Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Support On-site Technician to provide technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues for our clients at their site, and provide excellent customer service.RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform on-site trouble shooting (servers, firewall, switch WAPs)Install and configure hardware and software, and perform upgrades as necessaryLaptop, desktop, iPads, or tablets configuration, set-up, or repairsProvide technical support to our clients via phone or e-mail, resolving technical issues in a timely and effective manner (if needed)Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, including backups and system updates.Communicate with clients to ensure that their technical issues are resolved to their satisfaction.Keep accurate records of all work performed and time spent on each job. QUALIFICATIONS: Technical school experience or above; Certification is a plusCisco experience is an advantage1 year of experience in a technical support roleKnowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsSomeone who is very willing to be trainedMust have a driver's license
