Base pay range We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the insurance industry to provide strategic guidance for an upcoming high-profile conference organized in Saudi Arabia. This is a project-based role focused on advising on conference topics, defining the agenda, and recommending high-caliber speakers to ensure the event aligns with industry trends and regulatory priorities. Key Responsibilities: Define and refine the conference agenda by identifying key themes, challenges, and opportunities in the insurance sector. Advise on relevant topics that align with local and global industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and innovation in insurance. Recommend expert speakers and panelists, both local and international, who can add value to the discussions. Collaborate with our team to shape content that meets the objectives of the Insurance Authority and the broader industry. Provide strategic insights to enhance the conference's impact and positioning. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector. Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, including regulatory trends, market dynamics, and emerging innovations. Experience in advising or curating content for high-level conferences, forums, or summits. A strong network of industry leaders, policymakers, and experts *(plus)* Ability to work on a project-based timeline with clear deliverables. Applicant must be flexible to fly to Saudi when needed, and flexible in meeting online with us and the client. Applicant must be available within 2 weeks of hiring. We are actively looking to fill this position. Compensation: $110k-$160k annually. Compensation will vary based on knowledge and years of experience.
