Onsite Service ManagerNew York, NY (onsite) Overview: Client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of a medium to large team across one or multiple sites. This role includes ensuring contract compliance, managing service delivery, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering a high-performing team. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of a medium to large-sized team, ensuring SLA goals are met across services such as Copy, Courier, Managed Print, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail. Manage team performance, including staffing, recruiting, onboarding, training, retention, and performance management (including counseling and development). Apply Service Excellence tools to improve quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Work closely with customers to gather feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels. Identify operational gaps or service scope creep and adjust processes as needed. Ensure proper staffing levels through effective recruitment and internal selection processes. Lead and manage change management efforts, supporting teams through transitions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery, processes, and workflows. Conduct site reports, business reviews, and other documentation to ensure alignment with contractual requirements. Manage complex projects, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines. Suggest and implement improvements to increase productivity and quality. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. 5+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical). 2+ years of managerial experience preferred. 5+ years of customer-facing experience required. Expert knowledge of relevant products and services. Strong technical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems. Proficiency in MS Office 360 and other relevant tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as necessary. Ability to present to large groups and lead diverse teams.
