Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Our client is a ~$250M PE-backed global tech-enabled IT Services Provider , delivering transformative technology solutions across Digital Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Collaboration, and Customer Experience domains. Leveraging their proprietary automation platform, they provide comprehensive managed service solutions through diverse cloud-based infrastructures (Private, Public, Hybrid). About the Role : This position is an operationally focused, hands-on remote Treasury Manager role. You will lead and execute critical daily treasury activities, particularly in cash management, debt compliance, bank agreement interpretation, and Excel-driven modeling. This role does not require strategic banking relationship management or extensive bank interactions. Key Responsibilities (Must-Haves) : Cash Management & Debt Compliance: Extensive hands-on experience managing daily treasury operations: cash management, weekly disbursements, and cash position evaluations. Deep understanding of borrowing base calculations (ABL credit facilities) and strict adherence to debt covenants (UCC-1, DACA). 13-Week Rolling Cash Forecast: Proven high-level capability in manually preparing detailed 13-week cash forecasts alongside FP&A and Accounting teams. Ability to translate forecasts into actionable insights, ensuring optimal liquidity. Highly advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, arrays, etc.). Demonstrated expertise manually creating and managing financial models for cash management and compliance reporting. Bank Agreement Interpretation & Manual Compliance Reporting: Experience preparing manual bank compliance reporting (e.g., cash availability, debt covenant compliance, ABL reporting). High-level expertise in reading / interpreting bank agreements and debt covenants, specifically as they relate to treasury operations. Additional Responsibilities : Continuously enhance treasury controls and systems. Regularly review/update treasury policies; conduct quarterly user access reviews. Prepare internal documentation for external audits. Ideal Qualifications : Candidates comfortable working in environments with manual reporting processes (less reliance on automated treasury management systems) will thrive in this role. Must be very Excel-oriented and very astute with manually created bank compliance reporting. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline; MBA and/or CTP preferred. Minimum 5 years' hands-on treasury operations experience. Highly detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking & independently executing daily treasury tasks. Beneficial but Not Required: Treasury integration experience post-acquisition due to recent mergers and continued aggressive growth.
