Base pay range $260,000.00/yr - $415,000.00/yr Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join their New York office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, handling a diverse range of litigation matters. Responsibilities: Representing clients in white collar defense, securities enforcement, False Claims Act/healthcare disputes, and antitrust advising. Conducting internal investigations and advising on compliance matters. Performing legal research and drafting high-quality pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Engaging in case strategy development and litigation management. Collaborating with partners and associates while maintaining the ability to work independently. Managing multiple litigation projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience in a law firm. Strong legal research and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent leadership and management abilities, with experience overseeing casework and mentoring junior colleagues. A strong academic background, with a J.D. from a recognised law school. Experience as a federal judicial clerk is a plus. The ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented environments.
