Import/Export Coordinator - 57113 Job Num: 57113 h5Job DescriptionImport/Export Coordinator/Sales Assistant for a Global Trading Company in Costa Mesa, CAWork hours: M-F 9:00-17:00 (35 hours/week, 1 hour lunch)Work hours can be flexible: 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6Hybrid base: Mon-Thu at the office, can work from home on FridaysOccasional Overtime: YesPay: $45- 55K/year (DOE)Bonus legibility: YesExcellent benefit packageImport/Export Coordinator /Sales AssistantImport/Export Operation: coordinating deliveries with customers, vendors and shipping companies Data entry: processing purchase orders, maintain customers information, products update, etc. utilizing ERP system Customer Service: providing timely customer support; answering inquiries from clients, updating order status and more Invoicing: generating invoices to customers once the orders are shipped out Inventory Control: keeping and managing the inventory levels updated Reporting: preparing various reports Others: providing administrative support to the team including answering phone calls, filings, etc. Job Requirements/Qualifications:Japanese Bilingual - preferred, but not required 1-3 years of experience in Import/Export operation with Ocean and Air Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written) Good organizational skills and highly detailed personality Strong understanding of Incoterms Purchasing and Invoicing experience High level of customer and vendor interaction ERP (SAP) experience is a big plus.
