This will be for one specific business unit for a larger conglomerate who has 5 different locations/business units to their name. This specific role will be for one of their main product lines. Job Description Oversee the detailing and releasing of engineering drawings for components and systems for which you are responsible Partner with other vehicle systems teams to create comprehensive solutions to the various engineering teams Oversee staffing Maximize Efficiency and optimize quality on the production floor Drive continuous improvement initiatives Understand the ENTIRE Manufacturing Process to identify bottlenecks Work Cross Functionally and Communicate across departments to ensure high levels of efficiency Establish site KPI metrics to analyze local success Implement LEAN Manufacturing principles MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
