Business Operations Associate

To support this continued growth, Wunderkind is looking for a Business Operations Associate. As a member of the BizOps team, you'll be working closely with department heads, the executive team, and other key stakeholders on all things strategy and execution. For this role, you will help drive key business initiatives, analyze business performance, present strategic recommendations to leadership, and support product initiatives. But this isn't just about analysis and recommendations - we are looking for a relentless focus on execution and producing tangible improvements in business performance, and importantly someone with a team-player mentality.Responsibilities:Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, process, and performance to accelerate achievement of Wunderkind's business goals Guide business decisions by preparing ad-hoc analysis of operational metrics in support of a wide variety of initiatives across functionsCompose business plans for company growth initiatives and project manage them into realityContribute to the development, launch, and ongoing success of product initiativesRequirements: 1-2 years work experience at a top tier consulting firm or in an operations role at a tech companySound business judgment and excellent communication skillsAbility to pull up from the details to drive insights and business recommendationsProactive and self-motivated to identify and solve problems; comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and autonomyStrong quantitative and analytical skillsEnergized by supporting teammates in achieving mutual goals; passion for driving measurable impactMust be willing to be in our office at 1WTC 3 days a weekOn the fence? Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location.
