Regional Sales Specialist

Key Benefits: Annual Salary of around $70,000 Full-time position, with benefits package (medical, dental and vision insurance) $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Primary Responsibilities: Assists in training of sales staff as deemed necessary by District Manager May complete review sheets on sales staff during ride alongs. Assists Management to ensure execution of "Pizza 101" program throughout assigned district or region Supports routes by providing coverage of sales staff within districts and/or region for time off as needed Completes planograms and resets for accounts as specified Develops new accounts and able to understand and fill in for every position within district. Directly manages retail accounts which included conducting monthly business reviews with customers Stride towards achieving sales and contribution goals May assist with creating planograms and resets within district as needed. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years or older Must maintain valid CDL with air brake certification.
