Who were looking for As our Engineering Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing and inspiring our engineering team based in the US, while dedicating 80% of your time to hands-on coding. What Youll Be Doing E-commerce Platform Development: Lead third-party API integrations and enhance our global storefront across five markets, working with our Product Designer to optimize UI/UX for seamless, scalable solutions. Conversion Rate Optimization: Partner with the Commercial team to showcase top inventory, improve website content and checkout flows, and drive initiatives for competitive pricing. Product Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver our roadmap on time, focusing on efficiency and scalability. Cutting-Edge Technology: Work with our tech stack (AWS, React, Node) and explore new tools like OpenAI to enhance our platform. Management Experience: Bring 1-2 years of experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Requirements for success You have 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer building eCommerce platform, with 1-2 years of experience managing your own team. 4+ years working with Node. 4+ years working with React. 4+ years working with AWS. You have sound knowledge of Next.js and Nest.js frameworks. Bonus points Hands-on experience with serverless technologies in AWS. Hands-on experience with microservices, event bus, message queues. Experience with TypeScript. Experience with Shopify.
