The primary purpose of the North American Sales Manager position is to consistently attain targeted revenue goals and set the vision and strategy for the sales team with the goal of new customer acquisition to become the #1 SaaS ticketing provider and transform the industry by providing superior revenue generating and fan engagement solutions to events organizers. In order to accomplish these goals, the VP of Sales must develop comprehensive North American sales plans to address: growth of all SECUTIX products and services, GEO and individual objectives, performance standards and team priorities. The Sales Manager will start by directly closing new business, build and lead a team of high performing Account Executives. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, collaborative integrated sales expert with a strong focus and energy on business growth. As a key member of Americas leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to build and shape go-to-market approach from marketing and sales. You'll collaborate closely with the EU VP of Sales, our global sales teams, product, customer success teams, and the wider organization. Our ideal candidate is a proven Sales Manager from another high-growth SaaS company who wishes to embark on their next big project. Your Key Responsibilities • Sets vision and strategy for the sales team; develop specific North American sales plans to ensure growth in all commercial products. • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets . • Manage a process that drives forecast accuracy and high levels of opportunity conversion. • Build a network of executive relationships with key customers and partners. • Provide thought leadership internally (GEO and Globally) and externally (Customers and Partners). • Create and drive enablement of wider SECUTIX sales collateral and operations in collaboration with Global sales team. • Work collaboratively with GEO sales teams and corporate marketing and products . • Create and manage process for qualification, pursuit, negotiation, closure and implementation of new opportunities. • Manage account and opportunity assignments. • Conduct account and opportunity reviews with customer success team. • Facilitate individual growth and development. Your Experience The successful candidate for North America Sales Manager will bring the following experience and attributes: • Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum of 10 years of experience selling business software including revenue generating sales and/or sales management roles. • Consistent performance of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas. • Executed complex sales process with opportunity value greater than $250K in ARR value. • Experience selling enterprise business or ticketing software and professional implementation services. • Ability to articulate the SaaS Value Proposition at all levels within a customer organization. • Establish and maintain a supportive culture in the team to realize superior results and stability through investment and recognition. • Must have general familiarity with consultative selling methodologies. • Sold into the US ideally with live event and attractions market experience. • Executed planning and managed sales methodologies. • Built pipeline generation plans that netted revenue in 12 months and out.
