Diesel Lube Tech

Our client is a leader in commercial concrete construction, specializing in multifamily projects across the Southeastern U.S. They are searching for a Lubrication Technician to help support their fleet maintenance operations as they grow in 2025. Job Responsibilities - - Conduct regular lubrication and inspections on machinery, including mini excavators, skid steers, and fleet vehicles at job sites. - Monitor and replenish fluids such as engine oil, hydraulic fluids, and coolant per company guidelines. - Identify minor mechanical issues and perform basic repairs when possible, escalating complex problems to the maintenance team. - Maintain detailed service records, including lubrication schedules and equipment condition reports. - Follow all safety regulations to ensure equipment maintenance is performed in a safe and compliant manner. - Assist in identifying and addressing potential mechanical hazards before they lead to equipment failures. Job Requirements Job Requirements - - 1-2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably with construction machinery. - Understanding of lubrication techniques and mechanical components. - Familiarity with standard maintenance tools and safety procedures. - Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and adherence to schedules. - Relevant certifications are a plus; on-the-job training will be provided.
