Dodridge St. Columbus, OH 43202 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions/Job Duties: Have fun with participants in the community. Discover fun and engaging community events and plan activities. Help participants with daily living activities, health maintenance, and personal hygiene. Provide transportation for participants. Document services provided and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS, DODD, OOD, and CARF standards. Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant policies and standards. Uphold the rights, dignity, and respect of all persons served. Teach new hard and soft skills in various settings and provide input for participant Person-Centered ISPs. Requirements for a Direct Support Professional: Must be 21+ years old. High school diploma or equivalent. One year experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Pass background check and drug test. First Aid/CPR certification required (training provided). Valid Ohio driver's license. Ability to work independently and utilize professional communication. Benefits: 403(B)- Great Employer match!
