Job Title: PCB AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components, maintaining accurate material control, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in the manufacturing of PCBs.Responsibilities Read and follow assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications used in the manufacturing of PCBs. Identify workmanship and material defects in touch-up and assembly areas, and suggest basic changes to improve operations. Perform tasks with a high degree of care and attention to detail while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Assemble electronic components, assemblies, and modules using samples, visual aids, wiring lists, and process sheets. Maintain accurate material control within the work area. Inspect own work to ensure quality standards are met. Provide timely feedback to other operations, management, and support engineering as appropriate. Follow and maintain accurate process documentation. Essential Skills Proficiency in reading and following assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications. Ability to identify workmanship and material defects by sight. Experience with PCB assembly, including using hand power tools. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simi Valley, California.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
