Company DescriptionJob Description We seek a detail-oriented Cable Harness/Electrical Assembler to join our Torrance, United States team. In this role, you will assemble cable harnesses, electrical boxes, and wire harnesses with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are met for our electronic products. Strong experience in IPC J Standard electrical assembly experience encouraged to apply. Assemble cable harnesses, wire harnesses, and electrical boxes, among other aerospace projects according to technical specifications and drawings. Read and interpret blueprints for electronic assembly. Knowledge of cable assemblies with a high degree of accuracy Route connectors to power supply, components, and chassie assembly of electrical drawers; strong route wire/multi-pin assembly Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions project includes rectangular and circular connectors of over 100 pins Utilize various hand tools and assembly equipment to complete tasks efficiently Conduct quality control checks and inspections on assembled components Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Identify and report any defects or issues in materials or processes Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 6+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry working on cable harnesses or electronic assembly 6+ years of hands-on interpreting aerospace blueprints, routing wires, and electronic assemblies Proficiency in cable harness assembly techniques and PCB population Strong soldering skills with attention to detail Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment Knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques in electronics manufacturing Familiarity with IPC standards for electronics assembly Technical certification in electronics assembly J Standard IPC preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
