Specialist, DTC Merchandising & Inventory

Job Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce merchandising and inventory specialist to assist in all aspects of site merchandising and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of success and understand how customers shop online. You will use strategic thinking and innovation to help create a seamless site experience for our customers. Job Description: The Specialist, DTC Merchandising & Inventory will help create an exceptional site experience across all brands and drive the holistic site strategy using customer insights and data to tell a cohesive story. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist E-commerce Manager with all day-to-day oversight of e-commerce websites. This includes product catalog maintenance, onsite merchandising, and overall site monitoring. Ensure website product offerings are optimized, properly merchandised, and in line with brand guidelines. Assist Inventory Manager with forecasting/planning and sku management. Analyze data and reports to track sales and maintain accurate inventory levels. Conduct website QA and work with development team to resolve any issues. Stay up to date with emerging e-commerce trends with market research, best practices, and ensure the brand remains competitive in the online marketplace. QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce merchandising role Experience in SAP system a plus Solid understanding of e-commerce technology platforms- Shopify preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Basic Excel knowledge Experience in the retail or beauty industry a plus Excellent communication and project management skills We offer a competitive benefits package!
