WingSwept is award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider seeking to add an Account Manager to support our digital marketing service customers. For these services, WingSwept does business as Repair Shop Websites. Our main goal is to help our independent auto repair shop customers all across the United States grow their businesses through being found and chosen by potential customers on the web through traditional search, maps and several social media channels. As one of our Account Managers, you will be responsible for proactively managing relationships with our Repair Shop Websites customers through regular outreach. You will collaborate with the customer support team in pursuing customer happiness and addressing the challenges and concerns that customers face. You will also make upgrade and cross-sell recommendations and sales to help us better and more thoroughly serve our customers. Two years of customer/client support or account management experience is required. This is a full time position with benefits, including ESOP, profit sharing, and a fully-vested 401(k) with matching contributions. The responsibilities of the position will include: Make proactive outbound phone calls each day Build relationships with customers and work to understand their business and their business needs Identify changes and updates that need to be made through customer conversations and submit tickets and requests to the customer service team Work to be viewed as a business advisor/consultant and not just a vendor Make need-based sales of additional services to expand our ability to help customers achieve their goals Partner with customer service to resolve escalated or retention-related issues Communicate all relevant customer information to the appropriate team members Maintain or improve current customer retention rates Identify opportunities to expand product and service offerings through customer feedback Keep detailed notes and audit records to ensure the information in our CRM is up to date Track and manage opportunities and pipeline in CRM Compile and present requested reports Maintain a consistent, upbeat, and positive attitude while interacting with current and prospective customers, and fellow team members Minimum requirements Each WingSwept employee is expected to adhere to our core values of being Honest, Eager, Accountable, Respectful, and a Team Player in all their interactions. Must have an excellent telephone manner and listening skills and the ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner. Must be able to use skillful questioning to build rapport and increase knowledge of customers' businesses. Must be able to utilize listening and problem-solving skills to relate to customers who are distressed about particular situations and policies. An eye for detail and a creative disposition. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow disciplined processes, and excellent typing skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines at one time. Must know Microsoft Office Programs and other basic Windows programs. Must be able to work a consistent, full-time schedule during normal business hours. Must have reliable transportation available during working hours. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Preferred qualifications Degreed individual with previous customer service and/or account management experience preferred. SEO and PPC knowledge a plus. Experience operating within a CRM is preferred. Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
