KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND WAREHOUSE EXECUTION:Local deliveries to residential and commercial job sitesSafely and efficiently operate vehicles, truck mounted forklifts, warehouse forkliftsAssist in day-to-day functions of warehouse operations while following safety practicesLoad and unload trucksMaintain accurate checklists and delivery logsFollow DOT regulations, company safety policies, material handling practices, and load securement policiesCommunicate with supply center team and customers for accurate, on-time deliveryReview discrepancies from inventory and notifies Branch ManagerAccurate receiving and pulling of product to ensure accurate inventoryEnsure all merchandise is properly racked and taggedAssist Warehouse Supervisor/ Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and qualityPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Lift or move up to 100 lbs.Standing, walking, moving, and talking frequentlyWORK ENVIRONMENT:The atmosphere is that of a warehouse environment and office spaceThis position will primarily work in a facility where forklifts are presentEmployees must wear Personal Protective Equipment that is issued for the branch locationTemperature can range from extreme cold to extreme heatEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:High School diploma or general education degree (GED)1 year driving experienceAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsDelivery ExperienceBasic Warehouse/Wholesale OperationsSafety policies and processesBENEFITS:Employees (and their eligible family members) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
