Catia V6 3DX Designer - (Hybrid)

Responsibilities: CATIA V6 experience with drawing creation, advanced surfacing, sheet metal, and draft analysis. Requires a BS or MS in engineering. Must be able to proficiently handle multiple projects and develop analytical procedures. Work with suppliers to assure parts/services are requested appropriately, evaluate technical proposals, and write technical reports. Make technical decisions with moderate supervision. Ability to report research and test results in various technical formats. Able to work with a team or on an individual basis to reach project goals Five years of engineering experience making 3D designs and 2D drawings of automotive electrical components from initial concept through mass production.   Design feasibility, cost analysis, strength calculations, part construction, part specification, scheduling and coordinating activities involved in prototyping, fabricating.
