With a legacy of growth through acquisitions and a commitment to excellent service and value, CBW is now one of the Top 10 leading convenience store wholesalers in the U.S. Position Summary: Cooper-Booth is looking for reliable CDL Delivery Drivers to join our team and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Compensation (paid weekly): Up to $75,000 in your first year. Compensation is on a formula basis, based on the routes you deliver. After year 1, earn up to $85,000 with Class B license or up to $100,000 with Class A license. Sign-on bonus: $5,000/$6,000 for a Class B/A license at time of hire. Sign-on bonus to be paid over the course of employee's first year of employment based on attendance and safety criteria. What You'll Do: * Safely transport and deliver products to convenience stores. * Unload trucks using a handcard and food service ramp. * Handle 500 - 700 packages per day, with some weighing up to 50 lbs. * Provide professional and courteous customer service. * Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols. What We're Looking For: * Valid Class A or B CDL License or CDL permit with a clean driving record. * Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering packages throughout the shift. * Experience in physical labor, warehouse work, or delivery is strongly preferred. * A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow FMCSA and DOT policies and regulations. * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
