Job Description Hi, I'm the direct recruiter for a well-paid Deputy Program Manager with a successful construction management services firm Visible 6-year project, M-F, office location near you Salary to $235K or more, paid vacation/sick pay/holidays/benefits, 401(K) match... As Deputy Program Manager with ANE Consulting ( ) you'll support the execution & delivery of design-build services for four new borough-based jails in NYC to replace Rikers Island. HIGHLIGHTS Drive program management coordinating construction to successful project completion Oversee application of policies/procedures to align with program objectives Manage contract/scope/budget/staff: maintain relationships & close interface with the client, ensuring inquiries/concerns are addressed timely Lead design/construction team management staff: site PMs, inspectors, schedulers, estimators, safety Coordinate with design, progrram controls, community outreach teams, & other stakeholders Identify problems/opportunities, analyze potential risks/seek to develop alternative mitigation approaches Financial oversight/budgets management assist, track expenses/forecaste costs Demonstrate high standard of persona, accountability, integrity; mentor staff to same standards Project progress/budget status delivery through Operations Review Meetings REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's with around 15 years experience in construction projects of various complexity & 5+ years in a leadership capacity to include: Leading large-scale high-rise construction projects Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering/accounting principles/techniques Advanced presentation skills Read/understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. Solid proficiency in construction management software and project management tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team player. Written/verbal communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Still interested?
