Senior Construction Manager

Immediate need for a talented Senior Construction Manager. This is a 24+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Berwyn, PA (Onsite). Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Leading and managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies. Procuring materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites. Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and drawings. Providing leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors. Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality. Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills:Aerial distribution ,Underground distribution ,Experience in construction projects. Aerial or Underground distribution.
