Job Description: As a Combo Pipe Welder, you will be responsible for welding and installing pipes systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with stick welding, specifically 6G positions using 6010 and 7018 electrodes. Responsibilities: Perform stick welding on pipes in 6G positions using 6010 and 7018 electrodes. Weld and fit various pipe materials according to specifications, ensuring high-quality, leak-free joints. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to execute precise welding tasks. Work within tight tolerances to meet strict project requirements. Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Requirements: Proficiency in stick welding, specifically 6G 6010 and 7018. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work in various positions and confined spaces as required by the job. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
