About Our Client My client is one of the Boston area's leading & most reputable Mechanical Contractors specializing in mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, Fire Protection & more. They offer a diverse portfolio of projects across healthcare, life science, education, corporate commercial & more Job Description The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for: Support project team Supervising and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval Oversee maintenance of contract documents for field operations Oversee project activities under the supervision from a project manager Attend project meetings onsite and in the office Oversee with project close-out documentation Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers Provide in-person support at job sites as required Manage client relationships Manage support staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
