The Assistant Director is responsible for maintaining and overseeing daily operations of the Division of Enrollment Management's CRM, Slate, specifically focusing on processes and improvements related to graduate and bachelor degree completion program admission and enrollment. The Assistant Director is expected to play a key role in supporting stakeholders, streamlining processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement to support new and existing initiatives. Key Outcomes Serve as a CRM administrator and Slate superuser supporting graduate and bachelor degree completion programs (50%) Provide strategic support for the graduate and bachelor degree completion components of Slate CRM. Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting applications, forms, populations, rules, permissions, etc. Provide operational support across Slate to users with varying levels of technical skills. Responsible for tracking projects and communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Develop and provide training for division staff and other stakeholders to support their use of Slate. Manage admission processing for graduate and bachelor degree completion program applicants (25%) Oversee operational aspects of the admission process, including but not limited to application processing, importing supporting materials, and releasing admission decisions. Supervise and coordinate the workflow for graduate and degree completion processing coordinator(s). Support document processing during high volume periods. Oversee communication management (15%) Serve as the primary contact for graduate and degree completion communication management in Slate. Maintain automated drip campaigns and support the graduate admission team as needed with one off communication initiatives. Support department and division with reporting needs (10%) Leverage Slate to update and build queries and reports as needed to support division leadership and ensure that campus stakeholders have access to necessary data. Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor's degree required One to three years experience as a Slate superuser Ability to think critically and analytically to manage priorities across projects Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
