Job Description Establish budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates Assemble subcontractor bid packages Perform constructability reviews Develop and maintain project schedules Effectively manage multiple vendors and subcontractors Procure required products, materials and equipment for projects Establish and maintain project financials Provide financial reporting and projections Oversee and supervise construction progress and provide reports on time-line, progress, and adjustments Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field experience 5+ years of project management experience Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Able to manage multiple projects, budgets and schedules Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extensive knowledge of building construction systems and components Able to problem solve and strategize for optimal solutions Able to lead and teach others Able to establish and maintain strong relationships within the construction industry Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and experience with Project Management software preferred What's on Offer Competitive base compensation commensurate with experience Annual bonus and profit sharing Full suite benefits package Car allowance Contact Deirdre Zirn Quote job ref JN-022025-6680512
