Key Responsibilities Develop accurate budgets using historical project data Conduct regular site visits to oversee field operations and ensure project accuracy Maintain knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs Oversee and track labor across all projects, managing internal teams and subcontractors Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and quality standards Lead, mentor, and develop team members for long-term success Represent Our Client professionally in all aspects of project execution Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting preferred Experience: 8+ years in Project Management with a strong estimating background (5+ years as an Assistant Estimator) Preferred: MBA is a plus Industry Expertise: Must have ground-up commercial drywall and Stud Metal and CMF experience with multi-million dollar complex projects. Experience working with a commercial drywall, subcontractor, or self-performing GC is required. Skills: Strong marketing, sales, or client relations experience, ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and committed to excellence This role requires working in the office or at job sites as needed.
