As Prep Cook, you'll: Prepare all food that requires preparation before it can be used by the line cooks and chefs. Ensure that vegetables are chopped, garnishes prepared, and salads are made fresh daily. Proper sanitation practices a must. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum one year experience. Working knowledge of fundamental and intermediate cooking techniques. Ability to follow recipes, properly season, finish food items, and plate presentation.
