Residence Manager

At Ability Beyond, you can be accepted, celebrated, & impactful!We are currently seeking a Residence Manager to join our Westchester based team!Compensation: $70,000 / yearResponsibilities: Overall provision of services and supports for individuals with disabilities within a mixed medical/behavioral IRA program. Develop, implement, review and revise service plans to ensure individuals receive identified and desired outcomes. Provide direction and supervision to Assistant Residential Program Manager(s) and Life Skills Instructors. Assist in hiring and training for staff at the group home setting. Qualifications: BA/S degree preferred. AA degree or two years of college coursework from an accredited college in a related field and/or related coursework, plus a minimum of three years of experience in human services with progressive levels of responsibility. Prior supervisory experience. Knowledge of NY OPWDD regulations preferred. Valid driver's license. Why work with us?
