We are seeking an outstanding Project Supervisor to join our team! The primary roles of the Project Supervisor are: 1) Build and maintain culture in alignment with Legacy Purpose, Values and Vision 2) Work with the Project Managers and Field Inspectors on a day to day basis. 3) All hiring, training, and management of Project Managers and Field Inspectors is the Project Supervisor responsibility, as well as individual growth and development plans for each employee. Additionally, the Project Supervisor is responsible for the annual budget and plan (including sales revenue execution and spending), profit margin performance, all personnel issues, and customer service. Project Supervisor also works closely with staff in the Sales Shared Services Department on job submissions, supplements, mortgage processing, invoicing, collections, marketing and advertising. Training and support for the Project supervisor is primarily provided by the Regional Sales Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Execute recruitment and hiring of all Project Managers and Field Inspectors Provide all office and field training for Project Managers and Field Inspectors, as well as ongoing day to day support Provide strong leadership and support to their team on a day-to-day basis Plan and run weekly meetings Responsible for managing seamless and timely transition of customer files from Sales Representative to Project Manager Responsible for leading effective cross-functional work & communication between Field Inspectors and Project Managers Provide monthly quota and performance reviews for all team members Execute according to plan for sales revenue and budget Attend all department, company leadership and company-wide meetings Represent Legacy Restoration by wearing company-branded apparel and having company branded vehicle decals installed on the windows of their personal vehicles Adhere to all company standards, including all company policies and standard operating procedures Operate with Legacy Core Values with all customers and Legacy teammates on a day-to-day basis Benefits Employee will receive $700.00 per month for vehicle allowance Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Benefits 401k plan 10 Days Allowable Time Off ("ATO") Annually + 8 Annual Holidays (Time Off) Employee Assistance Program $100,000 - $130,000 a year $100,000 Base Salary + Commission structure.
