Office Manager - Construction/Landscaping Industry Location: Van Nuys, CA (On-Site) Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time Are you a seasoned Office Manager with a talent for keeping operations running smoothly? Manage billing, insurance certifications, and subcontracting paperwork. Process full-cycle payroll on a biweekly basis. Handle HR administrative functions, compliance, and employee support. Lead and support a team of five administrative professionals. What We're Looking For 8+ years of Office Management experience with a strong ability to streamline operations. Background in Construction, Landscaping, HVAC, or related industries preferred. Experience processing payroll with a keen eye for accuracy and deadlines.
