NYC based Delivery Associate/ Walker - JNJ Delivery LLC

This is a Full-Time or Part-Time Walker Delivery Associate position with JNJ Delivery LLC an Amazon Delivery Service Partner.In this role you will deliver Amazon packages from a designated location inManhattan to various customers. This is a veteran owned business.- Prior delivery experience is a plus, but not mandatoryBenefits and Scheduling:STARTING at $17.50 / hour (paid Weekly)Paid training7-hour shifts are typical5-day workweek is typical, but there is flexibility Must work one weekend day per weekDaytime shift, you will be home at nightMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employmentKey Duties and Responsibilities:Safely deliver packages and follow customer instructionsProvide excellent customer service despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); with or without reasonable accommodation.Communicate effectively with support team, leadership, and other Walker Delivery Associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersWalk 6-10 miles in a shiftSupport the team in daily work requirements including assisting other Walker Delivery Associates completing their routesRequirements:Must be at least 18 years oldMust have a valid driver's license or state IDAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skillsEquipment Provided:Handheld technologyUniformsOther safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishmentHIRING PROCESS takes approximately 2-3 WEEKS to complete.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
