Clinical Coordinator, Brooklyn

Description Recruiting multiple positions - 2 positions in Brooklyn. These are full-time, permanent positions working for a large housing organization providing affordable housing paired with services designed to help people maintain their homes for the long-term. Will supervise a team of Case Managers and Consumer Advocates, provide regular supervision meetings for direct reports, promote effective strategies for case management following motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care models of practice, develop and implement service plans, interview potential clients, provide clinical direction and leadership, oversee development and implementation of service plans and more. Annual Salary Range: $64,000-$68,000Position Requirements Requires LMSW, must obtain within first six months of employment and a minimum 3 years experience with related populations. Previous supervisory experience and administrative experience preferred along with experience in crisis intervention, risk assessments and incident management.
