We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to work in Washington DC. Job Summary: Responsible for the management, administration, technical correctness, timeliness, the quality of services and products, as well as working closely with the Government staff tasked with oversight of the contract. The Program Manager shall be responsible for the management of contractor staff and coordination of any subcontractors providing support for any Tasks identified. This position has an On-Call requirement. A thorough Program Management Plan (PMP) and an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) requiring regular updates will serve as the genesis for status and programmatic meetings held between the Government and the Contractor. Key Responsibilities: Provide management, control, planning, and scheduling for projects and services required under this task order. Coordinate work performed and act as the central point of contact (POC) with the Government Program Manager and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Provide management with strategic guidance and insights necessary for directing the contractors supporting this task order. Analyze new and complex projected related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solutions components. Provide applications systems analysis and programming activities for a government site, facility or multiple locations Prepare long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources. Provide senior technical expertise to the contractor staff Leverage appropriate program resources to meet the needs of the Division. Provides oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial). Will probably work on multiple projects simultaneously. Supervises personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and maintains customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Recommends action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Exercises independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill, in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems. Ensure the accurate application and management of Information Technology (IT) processes and customer service requirements. Essential functional responsibilities include but are not limited to; Ensure all project activities are completed on schedule; Facilitate interaction and coordination across teams (e.g., IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Operations); Independently flags risks, troubleshoot and resolve them before they turn into issues wherever possible and escalating when not possible; Track team utilization; and anticipate new resource needs or capacity shortfalls. Document complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware. Lead the day-to-day operational contractor support for classified server, storage or network infrastructures. Provide supervision and direction as needed to operational contractor support staff, to include technical direction. Act as subject matter expert for operational IT requirements and represents the team in meetings with federal and other contract staff. Responsible for requirements gathering and regular or Ad hoc report generation. Perform day-to-day activities required to manage and lead the support of incident management related to IT failures of end user hardware, which includes queue management, helpdesk ticket assignments and project management. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide incident resolution for all related incidents requiring escalated support or subject matter enterprise within end user hardware and software, to include end user equipment, local and network printers, hard drive, and removable media encryption. Enhance ITIL Framework and Processes. Provide support with aligning customer demands and business needs with the information technology service management offerings to enhance efficiency, improve productivity, and increase value. Organize involvement integration of programmatic, technical, systems engineering, business, and personnel elements of project, including Define requirements, concepts of operation, and architectures; Tailor and applying program management and systems engineering processes; Lead and defend technical and programmatic decisions; Develop, manage, and defend cost and schedule. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science, degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline 10 years of related experience, 4 years of which must be in a supervisory role CISSP, ITIL and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified Active Top Secret with eligibility to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility Clearance If you thrive on solving complex problems and building meaningful connections, we'd love to hear from you.
